Jim Miller Jr. is responsible for development, leasing and project management for industrial and office projects.

A Penn State grad with a degree in Civil Engineering, Jim has led major retail, commercial and industrial development projects for the company since 1998.

The scope of his experience includes the acquisition and rehabilitation of several commercial and industrial properties as well as supervision of 15 build-to-suit projects from start to finish.

Pat Higgins is responsible for retail development and project management.

A Penn State grad with a degree in Public Policy, Pat joined the company in 2007 after serving as a land development manager for an engineering firm and a real estate project manager for a convenience store chain.

Pat pursues the identification and acquisition of suitable real estate development sites throughout Pennsylvania.
