McCann School of Business and Technology - Carlisle
An expansion project of 10,000 square feet is underway for McCann School of Business and Technology in Carlisle.
MBC expects to complete the expansion by April 2012.
Marcellus Shale Industrial Park
MBC is in the process of acquiring approvals for a 25-acre industrial park in Muncy Township, Pa. that will be developed for servicing the Marcellus Shale Industry.
The site, just south of the Lycoming Mall, is expected to become the focus of one or more build-to-suit construction projects in 2012.
We are currently permitting the site for two ten acre parcels with buildings of 20,000 square feet each and several smaller parcels. Full approval for the project is expected in Summer 2012.
Our plans are to start construction of a 20,000 square foot building on a 13 acre site in the Marcellus Industrial Park in February 2012. It is a build-to-suit for Penn Detroit Diesel Allison which services natural gas industry trucks and rigs. This is their 12th location.
