We have an interest in purchasing tracts of land, 20 acres or more in size, with significant road frontage in areas zoned for residential use. We create land development plans and secure sub-division approvals, marketing the home sites through local realtors to consumers securing the services of their own home builders. [more]
Industrial Properties
MBC Development, LP acquires, renovates, rehabilitates and leases industrial properties in eastern and central Pennsylvania. We concentrate on major "fixer-uppers" comprising 50,000 to 250,000 square feet. We have completed renovations and exposed to the market approximately 1,000,000 square feet of industrial space on various sites located in Berks, Lancaster, Luzerne, Montour and Schuylkill Counties.
